Hi!

I am Susan T Howson, MA, CPCC, CHBC, a University Professor, Family and Relationship Systems Coach, Human Development Expert, Author, Keynote Speaker, Humanitarian-Award Winner and International Coaches Federation PRISM award winner for my development of the Kids Coaching Connection Program.

I am committed and passionate about developing the Magnificence in others. I have been told that this is evident in every endeavor in which I becomes involved. I have an inspiring leadership style and deep capacity to connect powerfully with people. This has consistently resulted in the generation of quality relationships and productive and award winning teams in the workplace and with families and children in the community.

I bring over 20 years experience in education and leadership development in the social services sector. I have also been a catalyst for effective change by positively impacting people through my coaching, workshops, seminars and
university courses.

I obtained my professional credentials of Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) with the Coaches Training Institute and completed their advanced Leadership and Relationship Coaching programs. I have also taken advanced studies with the Arbinger Institute and Personality Insight Institute. I am currently the Vice President of the International Coach Federation, GTA chapter.

I am proud to say that I have received an "Award of Excellence for Humanitarian Effort" by the City of Toronto. Here are some beautiful words I would like to sare with you. "By sharing her skills and experience with special needs children Susan gave the gift that goes on giving, enhancing the knowledge and skills of the Early Childhood Educators of Bosnia in order to better serve the children of their country, creating goodwill and enhancing the international reputation of the City of Toronto".

My commitment and passion for developing self-esteem in children, youth and adults is evident in every endeavor I take on. My clients value my fierce commitment to them creating a better world for themselves and others. I am committed to “Increasing the Self Esteem of 50 million children in 5 years”.

Mike Polito

Mike Polito is the Creative Director and owner of WalkingGiant Studio, in Toronto. Mike began his career in creative illustration and animation over 16 years ago in the advertising industry. He spent four years at Walt Disney Canada where he played an active role in digital production and animation. Mike is now focusing his efforts in the game design and publishing field. His amazing talents combined with his passion for children is evident in the award winning art he produces.

Tom Browne is the owner of Ballyhoo Communication Art and Design. Working from his studio in Toronto, Tom expertise in the advertising and graphic design field span a wide variety of clients in the profit and non-profit sectors.

Donna Coroa
Project Manager

Donna Coroa is a co-active life coach and publishing consultant. She began her career over ten years ago where she was in charge of executing a number of promotional programs for clients such as Avon Canada, Corning, Cadbury, and Loblaws. Donna's passion for nurturing self-esteem in children, youth and adults is the basis of every project she takes on.
